Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda; set aside.
3.Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla and milk. Add the flour mixture; mix well.
4.Shape into 40 balls and place each into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
5.Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball. Cool and carefully remove from pan.

South Dakota Balls
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Rice Krispies
1 (7 oz) jar Marshmallow Crème
1 Cup Peanut Butter
DIRECTIONS
Mix. **put out in the cold for awhile so they are easier to form balls. Form balls. Freeze. Dip in melted white almond back. After they are dry melt dark almond bark and just drizzle and alittle over the white so they look like truffles.

2 Cups white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup molasses
4 tsp soda
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
4 Cups flour

Cream together sugar, shortening and eggs. Add molasses and spices, mix well. Add remaining ingedients. Form into walnut-size balls, roll in sugar. Bake 8-12 minutes at 350.

Oreo Truffles
INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package Mint Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate OR white almond bark, melted
DIRECTIONS

Crush cookies to fine crumbs (food processor works great); place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Put in fridge/freezer for a little while to make it easier. Roll cookie mixture into balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Dip balls in chocolate or almond bark; place on wax paper. I usually drizzle on top chocolate almond bark over the white.
